Transcription: † ἐγράφησαν ἐκ τῶν ξεʹ ἐρωτήσεων, κϛʹ ἐρωτήσ(εις)· αἱ | δὲ λοιπαὶ γραφήσοντ(αι) τῆ τ(οῦ) Θ(εο)ῦ βοηθεία ἐν ἑτέρω βι(βλίω)· | ἐτελειώθ(η) (δὲ) ἡ παροῦ(σα) βί(βλος) ἐν τῶ ἔτει ͵ϛχιγʹ· ἰν(δικτιῶνος) ιγʹ μη(νὶ) ἰουλίω | ἕκτη· γραφεῖσα χειρὶ Ἰω(άννου) τ(οῦ) εὐτελοῦς (μον)α(χοῦ) κ(αὶ) πρε(σ)β(υτέρου) τ(οῦ) Χάλδ(ου) | ὑπὲρ οὗ εὔχεσθ(αι) οἱ ἀναγινώσκοντες συγχωρηθῆναι αὐτῶ | πᾶν εἴ τι ἥμαρτεν †
