Vat.gr.1827 <inf.1-4>

This manuscript is a liturgical book dating from the 13th century and includes the concise redaction of the paracletic canons, a collection of hymns to the Mother of God. It includes fragments recycled from four different manuscripts: a liturgical codex from the 11th century, from the collection of the “Sayings of the Desert Fathers”, called the Apophthegmata patrum (late 10th century, in 'Ace of Spades' Minuscule), selections from the Old Testament and liturgical texts accompanied with musical notation (sticherarion) from the eleventh century.
