Il manoscritto contiene un'ampia raccolta di commenti al manuale grammaticale di Dionisio Trace e alcuni brevi testi aggiuntivi. Esso fu copiato nel XIII secolo su fogli provenienti da due codici liturgici andati perduti. Uno di questi era un Meneo del X secolo (f. 34r). Il Meneo completo consisteva in dodici volumi ed esso svolgeva un ruolo importante nella liturgia ortodossa perché conteneva i propri, ovvero quelle sezioni della liturgia che variano in base alla data e che sono indipendenti dai cicli pasquali. L'altro codice, risalente invece all'XI secolo, conservava canoni della Paracletica, una raccolta di inni alla Madre di Dio (f. 67r). L'indice del contenuto presente all'inizio del volume (f. br-v) venne aggiunto nel XVII secolo.
